EMS Continuing Education The EMS Academy's Division of EMS Continuing Education is designed to challenge the provider and improve their career with education and practicum through unparallel educational offerings.   We offer the quality continuing education that is essential in maintaining and further developing the EMS professional.  With quality education at the forefront, we believe the direct result will be improved patient care.  Our courses are offered in a variety of ways that work with the busy lives of EMS professionals.  We have educators from across the country that have prepared lectures that are available for your convenience on-line.  Our Continuing Education courses, lectures and labs are provided throughout the year at our new training center, or right at your department/service.    At Your Fire Department or EMS Service Over 130 different Fire Departments and EMS Services in 7 different states and nearly 5,000 health care professionals have come to know the EMS Academy in its first 4 years!   By bringing courses, equipment and excellent instructors to your Department or facility, we are able to help reduce some the operational, budgetary and educational headaches many of us are stricken with.   Some of the courses we provide are:   BLS, ACLS, AMLS, ITLS, PALS, PEPP, GEMS, SCOPE, Advanced Airway Lab, Cardiology Lab, Neurology Lab, Basic & Advanced Trauma Extrication with Mass Casualty, Incident Command and HAZMAT scenarios.   Please call to arrange any of these courses or courses can be created to meet the specific needs of your department or service.
